Terms and Conditions

Terms: 

  1. Agreement consists of two (2) parts: Part 1 (ANTIDŌT SNKR-Glue) and Part 2 (ANTIDŌT W1NGS), each having a commission agreement period of three (3) months. Part 1 will be reviewed and assessed before Part 2 commences.

  2. Content to be promoted on TSD’s TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook accounts.

  3. No other sneaker freshener product can be promoted, except for ANTIDŌT products, during the agreement period(s) and 30-day period thereafter the end of each agreement period. 

  4. Both parties have the right to terminate this Agreement at will upon fourteen (14) days written notice. 

Compensation: 

∙ $500 will be prepaid before each product launch, plus 20% per bottle sold ($5/bottle) for three (3) months each.

∙ Payments will be sent via Zelle.

∙ Commission (per bottle sold) will be reported and sent on a monthly basis on or around the 1st of each month.

∙ Valid only for online retail sales at solscience.co (excludes offline sales, such as events).
